In September 2023, I was feeling terrible – nauseous, weak, and anxious all the time. Some mornings, I just didn’t want to get out of bed. Scrolling through Facebook one day, I saw a reposted Lasta post from a friend about fasting. I’d never fasted before, but I figured, why not give it a shot?

My eating habits were a mess. Late-night carb-heavy meals, sugary snacks all day – it was no wonder I felt awful. So, I decided to jump into this fasting thing, hoping it might help.

The first few days were rough. I felt anxious and my mind was racing, but I pushed through. By the end of the week, something felt different. My body felt lighter, my mind was clearer.

I decided to keep going with the changes. I cut out sugary drinks, limited bread and sweets, and focused on eating healthier. And you know what? It worked. I weighed 198 lbs and after trying Lasta, I lost 63 pounds in 5 months, just by changing my diet. No fancy workouts or anything.
I kept up with fasting over the next year, trying different types to keep myself on track. And it really did change my life. I’m so grateful for the transformation to Lasta.
