  • How to Download Lasta App

    To get started with your fasting journey, you'll need to download our application which includes all the required features for intermittent fasting.

    You can download the Lasta app for free by using this intelligent link: https://lasta.app/.

    Othervise, you can find Lasta in App Store or Play Market directly:

    For iOS: Download Lasta from App Store.

    For Android: Download Lasta from Google Play.

    Please note that having an iOS (version 14.5 or later) or Android (version 5.0 or later) phone is required toget the full set of Lasta features.

  • How to Login

    Please, follow these instructions to log into your account:

    1. Go to the application login page.
    2. Enter your email address and password.
    3. Click the "Login" button.

    Great, you successfully logged in!

    If you already have an account on the web page, you can use the same data sent to your mailbox during registration.

  • Daily Tasks

    When you open the app, you will see an overview of your day: hydration, activity, and daily tasks. Consider everyday duties as a personal to-do list that will help you keep on track with your habits.

  • Weight Tracker

    Weight-tracking is one of the most effective motivator tools for achieving a healthy lifestyle. It provides you with useful feedback on your efforts and assists you in determining whether you are on track or not.

    It's important to keep in mind that weight isn't the only sign of your progress, but it can help you figure out if you're on the right track.

    How to add new weight entry:

    1. First, look for the 'Weight in' button on the main screen of the app.
    2. On the weight tracking screen, you can add your current weight, check your progress and BMI.

    PLEASE NOTE: The data you provide is private and will never be shared with anyone.

    How often should I be weigh in?

    You'll receive the most accurate picture of your progress if you weigh yourself once a week. If you weigh in more frequently, you may not notice any changes because weight does not change overnight.

  • Fasting Tracker

    Fast track your goals when you track your fasts with Lasta. Fasting Tracker will guide you to a new lifestyle with healthy habits.

    What is the Fasting Tracker Used For?

    Fasting is used to track our fasting hours and clean our body of toxins and force cells into processes that are not usually stimulated when a steady stream of fuel from food is always present.

  • Mood Tracker

    A mood tracker is a great tool that is used to keep a record of a person's mood at regular intervals. This type of tool aims to help look for patterns in how moods vary over time and due to different situations and circumstances.

    How to add mood entry:

    1. First, click on the Mood icon on the main screen of screen;
    2. On the mood tracking screen, you can choose emoji that better discloses your current mood, add a note and check your mood history.
  • Step Tracker

    A step tracker is a fantastic tool that calculates your walking distance and step count in a specific time frame. Generally, our app tracks your steps per day and stores the information in the app itself for further monitoring.

    Give access to Apple Health on your iPhone settings to connect Step Tracker to the application.

  • Change Password

    1. Click on the "Account" button in the upper left corner of the main screen.
    2. Select the "Change Password" option. In the first field, enter "Current Password", in the second field, enter a ‘New Password’ and confirm it again..
    3. Save your password and use it for the following logging into your account.
  • Change Fasting Times

    This article will show you how to switch to a different fasting schedule.

    How do I switch to a different fasting schedule?

    You can always change your fasting schedule in the app. Here's how you do it:

    1. Tap on the 'Plan' button at the right corner of the fasting tracker screen.
    2. You will be redirected to your current fasting plan settings, tap on the 'x' button to change the plan.

    Choose the fasting schedule that suits your requirements the most. Now you've learned how to switch your fasting schedule or edit your fasting times.

Subscriptions
  • How to Cancel Subscription Purchased via Website

    If you purchased your current subscription via website, reach out to our customer support team at [email protected].

    To speed up the process, we recommend following these steps:

    1. Clearly specify that you would like to unsubscribe in the subject and/or in the email text.
    2. Send a message from the email you used to register on the website lasta.app. We send trial confirmation and subscription-related messages to this email.
    3. A payment receipt or an invoice would be helpful too.

    These steps will ensure we will catch your request within 24 hours after the submission.

  • How to Cancel Subscription Purchased via Apple Store

    If you have ou have subscribed to Lasta in-app on your iPhone, here is how you can cancel the subscription in the Apple Store:

    • Launch App Store
    • Tap on the "Subscriptions" tab
    • Under “Subscriptions,” check the list of subscriptions for Lasta subscription and cancel it.

    When you cancel a subscription you’ll still be able to use your subscription for the time you’ve already paid.

    • Open the Google Play app.
    • At the top right, tap the profile icon.
    • Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
    • Under “Subscriptions,” check the list of subscriptions for Lasta subscription and cancel it.

    When you cancel a subscription you’ll still be able to use your subscription for the time you’ve already paid.

    Trial Period

    Lasta offers a flexible and convenient way of trialing the app: you can choose the price that suits you the most and use the app for one week (3 days) to determine whether or not it fits your lifestyle and needs.

    Lasta Premium Subscriber

    Things happen: sometimes you might not have a lot of free time, or couldn't give Lasta a try before the subscription kicked in, or missed a chance to cancel it in time, or even realized that Lasta won't help you achieve your health goal. No worries! We will be happy to assist you with your case.

    If you need help with your charge, please drop us a message via our contact form or by accessing the "Contact Support" button at the bottom of the FAQ section of our application.

    To receive a refund, please note that you need to meet the conditions of our refund policy which you can find at the bottom of this page.

    Please note

    Uninstalling the app doesn’t automatically cancel your subscription — you’ll still be charged for it. You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support on email - [email protected]

    Refund Terms

    You are eligible to receive a refund if you did not get visible results with the customized intermittent fasting program and you met all of the following conditions:

    • - Purchased your monthly, yearly, quarterly, or lifetime subscription via our website.
    • - Contacted us within 30 days after your initial purchase of the customized intermittent fasting program (the day of the first charge).
    • - Followed the customized program for at least 15 consecutive days within the first 30 days after the initial purchase of the customized intermittent fasting program.

  • Double-Billing Situations

    In some cases, double-billing can occur due to accidental purchase of multiple subscriptions (from the website or Apple Store, etc.)

    If you were charged multiple times because of the double subscription issue, please email us at [email protected] (or use the "Submit a request" button on the bottom of this page), and we will assist you with getting a refund.

    To speed up the process, we recommend following these steps:

    1. Specify that you've been charged multiple times for the subscription.
    2. Please send us either a screenshot showing both subscriptions or a payment receipt/invoice for the purchase.
    3. Send an email from the address you used to register on the site lasta.app. We send trial confirmation and subscription-related messages to this email.
  • How to Request a Refund if you Subscribed via Apple Store

    In this article, we will show you how to request a refund if you've subscribed via the App Store:

    How to request a refund from Apple:

    1. Go to the Apple Support Website and Sign In using your 'Apple ID':
    2. Choose 'Request a refund', the reason for the request, and your purchase - "Simple: Fasting & Meal Tracker Subscription":

    PLEASE NOTE! *Apple has a separate system for billing and payment information, and we ask you to contact Apple Customer Support directly to arrange a refund. Unfortunately, we don't have access to Apple's subscription or billing details to cancel or refund your purchase on our end.*

    That's it! Now you just wait for Apple's response. Should Apple decline to refund your purchase, don't hesitate to get in touch with our customer support team at [email protected].

  • How to Request a Refund if you Subscribed via Google Play

    In this article, we will show you how to request a refund if you've subscribed via the Google Play:

    How to request a refund from Google Play:

    1. On your computer, go to play.google.com/store/account.
    2. Select Order History.
    3. Find Lasta order you want to return.
    4. Select Request a refund or Report a problem and choose the option that describes your situation.
    5. Complete the form and note that you'd like a refund.
    6. You'll get a message: "Thank you for sharing your concerns."

    PLEASE NOTE! *Google Play has a separate system for billing and payment information, and we ask you to contact Google Play Customer Support directly to arrange a refund. Unfortunately, we don't have access to Google Play subscription or billing details to cancel or refund your purchase on our end.*

    That's it! Now you just wait for Google Play response. You’ll usually get a decision within 1 business day but it can take up to 4 business days. Should Google Play decline to refund your purchase, don't hesitate to get in touch with our customer support team at [email protected].

  • Request a Refund if you Subscribed via Lasta’s Website

    If you’ve subscribed at lasta.app, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] or use the “Contact Us” form button at the top of this page.

    It's also possible to use the “Contact Support” button at the bottom of the main FAQ page in Lasta App.

    To speed up the process, we recommend following these steps:

    1. Clearly specify that you would like to cancel your subscription in the subject and/or in the email text.
    2. Send a message from the email you used to register on the site lasta.app. We send trial confirmation and subscription-related messages to this email.
    3. A payment receipt or an invoice would be helpful too.

    These steps will ensure we will catch your requests within 24 hours after the submission. In some cases, it could take a little bit longer though.

Account-Related
  • Forgot Password

    Type in the email address you used to create your account. Check your email inbox and click the link in the email. Type in a new and matching password in both fields and click “change password.”

    Please keep in mind that each password reset link can only be used once. If you want to reset your password a second time, you’ll need to request another password reset link. You can also only reset your password if your login method is email and password.

  • How to Delete Account

    If you no longer need your Lasta app account, please submit a request to our customer support team at [email protected] or by using the application.

    Instructions on how to delete an account:

    1. Click on the "Account" button in the upper left corner of the main screen.
    2. Choose the ‘Delete account’ button and confirm your action.

    Please note that account deletions are permanent and cannot be reversed. All of your data and information will erase along with weight, hydration, and mood history. However, your subscription will stay active.
