Welcome to Lasta! To access your account, follow these simple steps:

  • Download Lasta app from Google Play or the App Store.

  • Once installed, choose ‘I already have an account’ and enter your email address.

  • Check your email for a message from Lasta. Click the link in the email to access your account.

  • Congratulations! You're now logged in and ready to use Lasta.

Daily to-do tasks

At Lasta app, we understand the importance of maintaining daily habits and staying on track with your goals. That's why we have introduced the 'Daily to-do tasks' feature to help you prioritize and manage your everyday duties effectively.

For users on a weight loss journey, the 'Daily to-do tasks' feature is a valuable tool to help you stay on track and progress towards your weight loss goals. This feature eliminates confusion and uncertainty by providing a clear direction of what must be done daily, enabling you to focus on taking the necessary steps to reach your weight loss targets.

They may consist of activities such as:

  • Monitoring your food intake.

  • Tracking your progress.

Fasting tab

What is the ‘Fasting’ tab?

The fasting tab on the Lasta app serves as your comprehensive fasting assistant, offering tools to help you embark on and maintain your fasting journey. With features that enable you to track your fasts, monitor your mood, stay hydrated, count your steps, log your weight, and even schedule your daily tasks, this app section aims to be your go-to hub for all fasting things.

Fasting tracker

Lasta's fasting tracker is a valuable tool designed to help you monitor and track your fasting progress. Whether you're practicing intermittent fasting or any other fasting method, this feature lets you stay organized and informed throughout your fasting journey.

How to start fasting?

  • Go to the ‘Fasting’ tab.

  • At the bottom of the fasting tracker, you will see the ‘Start fasting’ button → Click on it.

  • Great! Now you’ve started your fasting.

How to change your fasting plan?

  • Start instant fasting or click ‘14h’ in the upper right corner to choose another.

  • Choose a pre-selected fasting plan or a plan by your fasting level.

  • Click ‘Confirm’ to start your fasting plan. Enjoy!

How to change the start time of your fast?

  • Go to the ‘Fasting’ tab.

  • On the left side, you’ll see the ‘Start fast’ section.

  • You will see ‘Pencil’ ✏️ next to it → Click on it.

  • Adjust the start time.

Remember to leverage the additional features that we have, like reminders, logging progress, and reviewing your fasting history to gain valuable insights into your fasting journey.

Mood tracker

Lasta's mood tracker allows you to record and track your mood. You can view the Mood tracker as a way to monitor your well-being over a period of time.

How to use the mood tracker?

  • Simply go to the 'Fasting' tab at the bottom of your mobile device.

  • Click on the 'Mood' icon.

  • Select the emoji that describes your mood.

  • Leave any comments to help you track your mood over time.

  • Click 'Save'.

How do I see previous entries?

Under the ‘Moods’ section, you will find statistics on how often you've checked in, along with the content of all your previous entries.

Step tracker

A step tracker is a great way to figure out how far you've walked and how many steps you've taken in a given amount of time. In general, our app tracks your daily steps and saves the information for later analysis.

To link the step tracker to the app, grant access to Apple Health/Google Fit in your phone's settings.

How to see progress?

Under the ‘Steps’ section, you will find statistics on daily step activity, along with the average step counts per week/month/year.

Weight tracker

Track your weight to achieve a healthy lifestyle! It's one of the most effective ways to stay motivated and assess your progress. While weight isn't the only indicator of your progress, it's crucial to monitor it to ensure you're on the right track.

How to record a new weight entry?

  • Locate and click the 'Weight in' button on the app's main screen.

  • Add your current weight to track your progress.

  • Check the calculated BMI on the weight tracking screen.

We recommend weighing yourself once a week for the most accurate insights into your progress. Keep in mind that weight fluctuations happen, so weighing in more frequently may not reveal any significant changes.

Water tracker

Staying hydrated is crucial for overall well-being, especially when you're fasting. Lasta's water tracker is designed to help you keep track of your water intake and ensure you're consuming the right amount for your body's needs

How to use the water tracker?

  • Navigate to the 'Fasting' tab at the bottom of your mobile device.

  • Click on the 'Water balance' section.

  • Adjust the 'Choose cup size' option to match the size of your drinking vessel.

  • Click the '+' icon every time you drink a cup of water.

  • Observe your progress as the circle fills up towards your daily goal.

Our water tracker doesn't just log your intake; it personalizes your hydration needs. The app calculates your daily water goal based on weight, height, age, lifestyle, and activity level. This ensures you get the right amount of hydration specific to your body's requirements.

How can I view my hydration history?

Scroll down the 'Water balance' section to see your progress over the past week, month, or year. You'll see an average per day, allowing you to monitor your consistency and make necessary adjustments.

Activity tracker

Lasta’s activity tracker lets you log, track, and visualize your physical activities. By entering the type and duration of the activity, the app estimates the number of calories burned, helping users monitor their overall energy expenditure.

How to use the activity tracker?

  • From the home dashboard, click on the activity tracker card.

  • Click on the ‘Add activity’ button.

  • Select the type of activity you've done.

  • Input the duration of your activity.

  • The app will automatically calculate and display the calories burned.

Can I edit or delete an activity I've logged?

Yes, you can easily edit or delete any activity you've previously logged. Just navigate to the logged activity, click on it, and you'll have the option to modify or remove it.

Is there a daily goal for calories burned?

By default, the app sets a general goal of 500 kcal burned daily. However, you can customize this goal based on your personal fitness objectives.

Is all the content in the ‘Explore’ tab free?

While we offer a generous amount of free content to get you started, some specialized courses or guides might be available for purchase. It's our way to ensure we can keep producing high-quality content for you.

Can I save the content to view later?

Absolutely! If you come across something you'd like to revisit, simply hit the 'Save' option. It'll be waiting for you when you're ready.

  • Launch the Lasta app.

  • Navigate to the 'Explore' tab.

  • Browse and select the course or guide you're interested in.

  • Look for the 'Save' option, usually located at the right corner of the course cover.

  • Tap the 'Save' option to keep the content for later viewing.

  • To access your saved content, go to the 'Explore' tab and click on the 'Saved' filter at the top of the screen.

Food tab

What is the ‘Food’ tab?

The food tab is designed to be your culinary companion. Here, you can log every meal and snack you consume throughout the day with ease. This dedicated section is designed to help you take control of your eating habits by providing a clear and concise way to monitor your calorie, carb, protein, and fat intake.

How can I log my food?

  • First, navigate to the ‘Food’ tab at the bottom of the screen.

  • You will see your ‘Food diary’ for the day with meal categories like breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack.

  • Choose the meal you would like to log food for (e.g., Breakfast).

  • Click on the '+' sign next to the meal category.

  • You can then search for the food, meal, or brand in the search bar that appears at the top. → After finding your food item, select it, and enter the portion size you consumed.

  • Once you have entered the details, confirm to log the food.

  • Congratulations! Your food is now tracked in your diary.

How can I delete logged food?

  • Navigate to the ‘Food’ tab where your logged meals are displayed.

  • Find the meal entry that you want to delete. For example, under 'Breakfast,' you may see a logged item like 'Boiled egg'.

  • Tap on the food item you wish to delete, and the 'Delete' and 'Edit' buttons will appear.

  • Tap on the 'Delete' button, and the item will be removed from your food diary.

How can I edit logged food?

  • Go to the ‘Food’ tab where your meals for the day are listed.

  • Tap on the meal entry you want to edit. Again, as an example, this could be 'Boiled egg' under 'Breakfast'.

  • A menu will pop up at the bottom of the screen with the 'Delete' and 'Edit' options.

  • Select 'Edit', and you'll be taken to a screen where you can change the details of the food item, such as serving size or number of servings.

  • After making the necessary changes, make sure to save them to update the entry in your diary.
