So I’m comparing Lasta and Noom, but mostly for the workout side of things. I like how Lasta gives me daily movement reminders and some simple routines, but I’m not sure if Noom does much for workouts? I’m not super into tracking food, just want to get more active. Anyone have thoughts on which one helps more with exercise?
Both Lasta and Noom can be helpful in maintaining an active lifestyle. I agree that Lasta is excellent for movement reminders and simple routines. On the other hand, Noom primarily focuses on promoting healthier habits and diet, however, it also incorporates some fitness tracking. It won’t provide workouts like Lasta does, but it will track your steps and activity.
Considering your needs, Lasta seems to be the better fit if you’re specifically looking for a tool to prompt you to exercise regularly. However, if you also want to learn about healthy habits (despite not being super interested in food tracking), Noom could also be a good option.
Just to clarify, when you mention “daily movement reminders”, are you referring to notifications that prompt you to engage in physical activity throughout the day, or are you looking for specific exercises? This information might help identify which app suits your needs the best.
Hey there! I have been a Lasta user for a while now and honestly, it’s great for workouts. Noom focuses more on nutrition, I think. Here’s one of my favorite Lasta workout routines that I personally use. It helped me to stay active and get in shape. I think it’s worth checking out! Cheers.
Hey! I’ve been using Noom and it’s more focused on healthy eating habits and mindset change. Yeah, it gives some workout suggestions but doesn’t push as much as Lasta. If workouts are your main goal, you might enjoy Lasta more. Happy getting fit!
