Hey! I’ve not had to refund, but from what I’ve gathered, they’re usually pretty chill about it. Think it’s key to hit them up within 30 days after purchase. That said, shoot them an email just to be sure!
I had to cancel my subscription to Lasta last year cuz I moved and my new place had an awesome gym. Filled out a form on their site, got my money back no prob, took like a week. That was my experience at least lol.
