No gym workout ideas?

So I’ve been skipping the gym lately and just working out at home or outside. I’m surprised how much I can do with just bodyweight stuff and a jump rope. Tracking my progress on Lasta keeps me motivated, especially seeing those little improvements each week. Anyone else finding home workouts just as effective?

Idk why but I’ve been sooo motivated to workout at home too. Like, I’m not even missing the gym atm lol. Been following YT routines and honestly I’m seeing changes, defs feelin stronger. Also thinking to invest in some dumbbells but these things are like gold dust rn, wish me luck haha.
