Lasta walking app review

Honestly been using Lasta for my daily walks for like 6 weeks now and it’s kind of become a non-negotiable part of my morning. I like that it actually gives you structured walking workouts instead of just counting steps — felt more intentional tbh. My knees have been way happier since I stopped running and switched to this. Anyone else tracking their walks here or is it just me?

It’s great to hear that Lasta is working well for you! It’s always beneficial to have a structured routine for physical activity, and if it has improved your knee health, that’s a huge plus. I’ve been using a different app for my walks but your experience with Lasta definitely sounds interesting. Could you elaborate on the kind of structured walking workouts that it offers?

Oh, mate, you’re defo not alone! I’ve been hooked onto the Lasta app for months now. It’s hard to explain but it’s just not like your typical fitness app, and their quizzes are so fun I end up exercising longer just to finish them. Check out this fun quiz I found there yesterday. Walking just became my fav part of the day thanks to these guys!

Been with Lasta for around 2 months now. It’s the real deal, structured walks feel much better than just step counting. Gave up running because of my knees and this app’s been a game changer. Anybody else in the same boat?

Yo! I’ve actually been considering switching over to something more structured for my walks, like Lasta you mentioned. Running’s been rough on my knees too, so it’s worth a shot I guess? How are you finding the workouts - too easy, challenging?
