Has anyone else noticed improvements in their strength or stamina after sticking with it for a while? Wondering if it’s worth making it my main workout app.

I’ve been using Lasta for a few months now and I’ve definitely noticed some gains in strength, especially in my upper body. The key is to stick with the program and eat right. Is it the best workout app out there? Who knows, but it works for me.
