Is lasta legit?

Curious if anyone else is using Lasta for their workouts? I’ve tried a few routines from the app and they seem pretty good, but I’m wondering if it’s actually legit for building strength and staying motivated. Anyone seen real progress with their fitness using it? Would love to hear your experiences!

So, I’ve been using Lasta for about 3 months now and ngl, I’m kind of obsessed lol. I went from barely able to do 10 push-ups to smashing out 50 like it’s nothing (sounds cliché Ik, but I swear it’s true). Didn’t think an app could make so much of a diff, but here we are, isn’t technology amazing hahaha!

Been using Lasta for a bit. Seen some progress but nothing crazy. Keep consistent and you’ll see some changes, just don’t expect miracles overnight. It’s all about discipline, man.
