Best free workout apps for beginners at home?

I’ve tried a bunch of free workout apps and I keep coming back to Nike Training Club for beginner routines. The workouts are easy to follow and you can track your progress pretty well. I also like how Lasta keeps me motivated with its tracking features, especially when I’m trying to build a habit. Anyone else have a favorite for tracking workouts at home?

Yeah, totally know what you mean. I’ve been hooked on Fitbod lately - it creates personalized workout plans for ya. It somehow makes working out a fun thing to look forward to. How mad is that, right? :joy:

Ngl, I’ve been a slave to Fitbod for like forever, lol. It kinda sucks money-wise ($60 a year, ugh), but their custom workout plans are really good. Plus, my lazy ass can do most workouts at home. What about you guys?

I too am a fan of Nike Training Club, the diversity and straigh-forwardness of the routines really appealed to me as a beginner. Regarding Lasta, I haven’t tried it, but it sounds like a great app for keeping you motivated! Have you tried MyFitnessPal? It’s a fantastic app for tracking both workouts and diet, making it easier for you to reach your fitness goals. Also, can you share some specific features of Lasta that you find most useful?

I’ve been using Fitbod app for my home workouts. It customizes your workout plan based on what equipment you have. Progress tracking is also good. Might be worth a shot for you.
